Australian Tourist Visa (Subclass 600)  

If the applicant provides sufficient visa information, the processing time is 90 days.  

The Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) allows the visa holder to travel to Australia for tourism, engage in business activities, or visit relatives and friends. It permits single or multiple entries into Australia, with each stay not exceeding 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

Holders of this visa subclass are not allowed to work in Australia, provide services to Australian businesses or institutions, or sell products or offer services to the Australian public.

Business Visitor stream: For short-term business visits to Australia, including attending conferences, conducting business negotiations, or holding talks. Applicants must be outside Australia when lodging the visa application and when the visa is granted.

Approved Destination Status (ADS) stream: For Chinese citizens traveling to Australia as part of an organized tour group. Applicants must be outside Australia when lodging the visa application and when the visa is granted.  

The total visa fee is HKD 3,980 (approximately RMB 3,390). This comprises the consulate's visa fee of AUD 250 (equivalent to HKD 1,380 or approximately RMB 1,200) and our company's service fee of HKD 2,600 (approximately RMB 2,300). If the applicant intends to obtain a new passport, they should do so before applying for the visa. Visa details will be linked to the passport number provided in the application, and the applicant must use that same passport when traveling to Australia.

Confirmation of Applicant's Eligibility  

The applicant must hold a valid PRC passport.  

The applicant must be outside Australia.  

The purpose of entering Australia must be tourism or business visit.

A tourist visa usually allows multiple entries within one year.

The maximum duration of each stay in Australia is three months.

Australian Tourist Visa for PRC Passport 48 Hour Express Processing

Holders of Chinese passports applying for a visitor visa within China may opt for the Priority/Fast-Track Processing Service. The total cost is HKD 10,180 (approx. RMB 3,390), comprising the Consulate's visa fee of AUD 250 (HKD 1,380 / approx. RMB 1,200) and our company's service fee of HKD 3,300 (approx. RMB 2,800). This priority service incurs an additional fee of AUD 1,000 (HKD 5,500 / RMB 4,800). Most priority/fast-track applications can be processed within 48 hours of receipt by the Embassy or Consulate-General. However, all applicants must meet the legal requirements for visa issuance under immigration regulations, including successfully passing the necessary health, character, and security checks. Requests by visa officers for additional documentation prior to making a decision may result in processing times exceeding 48 hours.

We strongly recommend that applicants carefully consider their personal circumstances before choosing the priority (fast track) assessment service.  

Please note:

1) Applicants must select the priority (fast track) assessment service before submitting their application. The Australian visa approval authority cannot accept requests for priority assessment after the application has been submitted.

2) Applicants with the following circumstances are unlikely to have their visa applications completed within 48 hours;

3) Applicants with any form of adverse immigration records or criminal records; 

4) Applicants required to undergo medical examinations during the visa assessment process;  

5) Applicants under the age of 18 who fail to provide parental consent letters;

6) Applicants who do not provide the required documents listed in the visa application checklist;  

7) Applicants should not make travel arrangements or other plans based on the expectation of the assessment being completed within 48 hours. Our company shall not be liable for any losses incurred if the visa application is not assessed within 48 hours.

Australian Tourist Visa for PRC Passport  3 Year Multiple Entry Visa

The three-year "Frequent Traveller" visa allows the holder to make multiple visits to Australia, with each stay limited to a maximum of three months. The total duration of stay must not exceed three months within any 12-month period. Holders of Chinese passports applying for this "Frequent Traveller" stream of the Visitor visa (Subclass 600) are required to make an appointment at the Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC) to provide biometric data (fingerprints and a photograph). The total cost is HKD 7,180; this comprises the visa fee charged by the consulate (AUD 250 / HKD 1,380 / RMB 1,200) and our company's service fee (HKD 5,800 / approx. RMB 5,300).

Australian visa applicants under the age of 18


A copy of the birth certificate is required. If an applicant under the age of 18 is traveling to Australia with only one parent or alone:   Provide Form 1229 "Consent to Grant an Australian Visa to a Child Under 18" filled out and signed by the non-traveling parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Additionally, it is necessary to submit the photo and signature pages of the non-traveling parent(s)' passports with their signatures; or an affidavit from the non-traveling parent(s) confirming their consent for the child to travel to Australia.  If an applicant under the age of 18 will be accompanied and accommodated by someone other than their parents, legal guardians, or relatives/friends, a declaration filled out and signed by the accompanying person must be submitted.

 

 

Visa Refusal Appeal(Only applicable to Australian tourist visa categories EXP:ETA 600 visa)

If the applicant has ever had or currently has a visa refusal record, our company can assist the applicant with an appeal.
The most likely reasons for visa refusal:

1) Incomplete visa application data, false data documents, or poor proof of stable work ability.
2) Excessively frequent entry and exit, or having a certain immigration tendency.
Having no entry or exit records of any country and no visas for countries such as those in Europe, America, Canada, and New Zealand may all be reasons for your visa refusal, although the specific reasons for refusal are stated in the official refusal letter from the immigration department. 2) The visa refusal documents must be provided.
3) Whether the applicant has sufficient supporting documents for the appeal.
4) It is possible that the appeal may fail again, and all the application fees already paid are non-refundable for visa refusal appeals.
